RACE #12 CHARLOTTE

 Jimmy Johnson finally won a race this year. In the end he was one of a couple drivers who had the best pit stops and luck. It was a pretty good race points wise with only a couple top drivers not finishing well.

Top Jimmy Wins

  Zagnut Racing won this week with 347 points and just about overtook my team for the Spring Segment trophy.He started Jimmy Johnson, Edwards, Logano and Dillon to move up to second place overall. In second this week was Skidmark Central with 337 points and he finished 11th in the Spring segment. Third place was Motor City Muscle with 335 points and he finished 5th in the Spring Segment.
  My team the ShinySideUp pulled out the Spring Segment win and it wasn't easy with DarkHorse leading early on with several wins. and he finished in third overall. There was also MulderRacing who never won a week but his consistency week in and week out got him a 4th place finish this spring.
  Next week we will be banging in Dover...the Monster Mile.

RACE #11 KANSAS

Flash Gordon!!

 It was a pretty uneventful race this week in Kansas. And most of us are grateful for a good points day. Ther was a first place tie between my ShinySideUp team and monster e racing. We both scored 347 points and started Gordon, Keselowski, Logano and Larson. This move me back into first place overall and monster e racing moved into 5th. Pulls Out finished in 3rd place with 346 points and he also started Gordon, Keselowski, Logano and Larson. But he didn't have Edwards on his bench and didn't receive the 1 point for his 4th place in qualifying. Weird!!
  Next we have the 600 mile race in Charlotte in 2 weeks . But we will have the All-Star race to watch until then.

RACE #10 TALLADEGA

IT"S A DREAM COME TRUE FOR HAMLIN

Well boys and girls ...that's restrictor plate racing. And add the new chase format and you get a crap shoot. Several race car drivers who already have won a race and are looking good to make the chase. Chose to ride out the race at the end and finished well back from the pack. You can't blame them but it sucks for those of you that picked them to do well. I had Tony "Smoked Sausage" Stewart on my team and he finished dead last....Thanks for that Stewart!!
  This weeks winner with a impressive score of 280 points.......snicker......... was Zagnut Racing and it moved him into 2nd place overall. 2nd place was Kannapolis Intimidators with 273 and he moved up 4 positions into 5th place overall. Mulder racing finished third this week with 268 points, but vaulted into 1st place overall with 2 races left for the Seg-1 trophy. There are 5 teams within 100 points of Mulder so it's still up for grabs.
  We have a Saturday race in Kansas so be sure to get your lineups set in time.
