Before this year, I used to watch the practices and set my line-up accordingly. But with the new Yahoo format most deadlines to select your drivers are before the practices. But Watkins Glen was the exception, with 2 practices on Friday and the deadline wasn't until Saturday morning. So I watched the 2 morning practices and picked who looked sporty. If it wasn't for a unlucky accident which wrecked my C-driver, McDowell ,it would have been a very good day. In the end my drivers Almendinger, Ambrose and Harvick gave me enough points to break 300.
This weeks winner was Tradin Paint with 351 points. He started Kurt Busch, Edwards,Ambrose and Dillon. The win moved him up into the top 15 in the summer seg. In second this week was a tie between M&M Racing and Monster e Racing with 350 points. Monster moved into the top 5 of the summer seg while M&M moved into 13th.
Overall My team (ShinySideUp) moved back into first after Knoxville14 had a sub-par race. Monster e Racing moved into 3rd with his second place showing.
Next week we return to the Irish Hills of Michigan.
