RACE # 36 HOMESTEAD

  That was a great race . All 4 finalists were racing hard and Happy Harvick was the man . He deserved the cup and will be a great champion.
 Congrats to Dark Horse , this years 4 Wide in the Corner Champion with 10,236 points. He started out on fire winning the first 2 races this year finishing 3rd in the Spring. He coasted in the summer finishing 7th and came on strong down the stretch in the playoffs by co-winning the last race and finished 4th overall.
  Finishing 2nd with 10,073 points was Knoxville14. He started the year slow, 15th place in the spring. Then he rebounded in the summer by winning the summer segment trophy. He faded down the stretch finishing 10th in the playoff segment.
  My team (ShinySideUp) finished 3rd with 10,068 points. I won the spring segment and finished 2nd in the Summer. But I tanked in the playoffs finishing 13th . Ugghhh!!
 Another player that I need to include in my last post this season is the Weekend Warriors. He co won this last race with 342 points and won the Playoff Segment Trophy. He finished 5th in the overall standings.
  And Cudos to Zagnut Racing who finished in 4th overall. He finished 2nd in the Spring and if it wasn't for a 10th place finish in the summer. He would have been at the top at the end.
  Thanks to all who kept setting their line-ups even though you had some bad luck. I appreciate all of you and hope we can race again in the 3rd season of 4 Wide in the Corner Racing League. If I don't have your e-mail address already send it to me and I will send you a invite next year when we race at Daytona .
